In late February 2004, Mariko and I returned to Washington on a temporary duty assignment. We expect to be in DC
until late September. As of this writing, we're really enjoying being back. We live in Dupont Circle, a neighborhood
in Northwest DC. While we have a small apartment, we welcome visitors and encourage you to visit our nation's capitol
if you haven't before.
